For some reason I do not always get an email for my shipping label purchases. So then I have to go to the sellers hub and try to reprint the label. When I do so I get an error message stating I need to use a supported browser. Which I am. I've tried it through the ebay app which goes no where. I've tried desktop mode on Google Internet and Chrome. I've also tried on Samsung Internet. Same result. Idk what to do because of course the 2 i need to print I never got an email for them.

Clear the browsing history and try. Also have you tried Chrome on 'Incognito" mode..??

Same error - bought a shipping label last night, can't print it from my phone (Android). Can't print from Chrome or Edge on my desktop PC. Cleared cache and browsing history. Tried both regular mode and incognito.
