Error message when reply from eBay account

when check my eBay account, as there is message to reply .

I will hit “reply” button and start typing then send, it world always.

Recently this way can not send out my answer anymore.

The screen shows “ message error, The parent Question ID is not a

question for the item specified by this Id. ( trading 17458).

please let me know where I did wrong.
