Error message “ the category is not valid please select another category”

Having trouble posting items for sale on eBay app today. Once I have everything entered and category is already selected gives me a error message “the category is not valid, select another category” I have tried selecting another category but still same error message. Anyone else having this problem? If it matters I am posting automotive parts through eBay motors. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling and still same issue.

Thanks for posting here. Could you please post a screen shot of the error you are seeing and it will help us troubleshoot the issue.

Are you starting your listings from scratch? or revising? Or sell one like this?

I’ve tried new category etc and still same error message. I noticed under category on eBay app there is a new option that says “store category “ but all it lets me pick is other

Same thing is happening to me. I cannot post auto parts from the app since the trash update.
