Let me start by saying that I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application, I contacted technical support via chat who deactivated two-factor authentication, but I was unable to resolve the problem, every time I try to log in from my iPhone it gives me the following error "An error has occurred: 429"

Have you shut down your phone completely...turn it off...then turn it back on after a few minutes?
