Ebay app crashes

Hi I have latest eBay app and iOS updates and eBay app do not let me to log into my account can app developers can step in and help I have tried everything

If you are unable to update your operating system to one that supports the eBay app, delete the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
