Ebay Log in on iphone not working

All of a sudden I cannot log into my Ebay app on my Iphone. I uninstalled and re-installed the Ebay app. I rebooted my phone - nothing works. I keep getting the "something went wrong" error. I can sign in and out on my computer just fine. Has anyone with an I phone ever had this problem? I'm at a loss on how to resolve this issue. Thanks!

me too, can't do batch end listing, get something went wrong. i can't even log in or out, there is no response from the sub-routine.  this stinks.  i have to do each item on my iphone. i prefer the PC.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system version.

If you have not already tried, try uninstalling the eBay app, then rebooting your phone. After it reboots, install the latest version from the App Store. The reboot in between should ensure a clean install.

Did you eventually get to log into the app? If so, how did you as I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled… still getting “something went wrong”

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What operating system are you using? See here:

If your operating system is not recent enough or cannot be updated to be compatible with the eBay app, delete the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

Do you have the app on your phone? If so, try deleting it.

If not, try another browser.
