Ebay APP on Android phone not creating/printing shipping labels last few days. Why? Website ok.

Please update your android app to the latest version. This should be working better in the update.

What is latest version?   Uninstalled version I had and uploaded version in Google play store.  Still won't work in newest installed version.  Takes you back to Orders page when choosing Print Label or choose Create Label & app stops. Can't get to create/paying for label.
