The ebay app seems to be getting less and less control listing lengths have been removed along with some other features.
More anoying you can no longer open a return for damaged or faulty goods from the app, it only shows returns like changed my mind, found a cheaper one, it doesn’t fit, these are all buyer errors not one seller error return option, why?
Really getting fed up with all the changes lost people don’t use computers to shop any more we have pads and phone yet ebay are removing necessary features.
Please fix this returning a damaged item should be a choir if it becomes one buyer will simply not continue to use eBay.
