My eBay app not working properly what happened please fix it

Users in Italy are reporting problems with the latest version of the eBay app and iOS 18. If you cannot get a newer update to work, try using a browser to reach ebay.it instead of using the app.

If eBay browser links are opening in the eBay app automatically, you may have to tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "do not open in the app", or else delete the app entirely.

Are you seeing a message about your device clock on an iPhone @saminbut_0 ?

On your phone, tap the gear icon for Settings. Then tap General, then scroll down to Date & Time. Check your settings there.

After that come back and let us know if the eBay app is still giving you problems. If it is, you should be able to access eBay from a web browser for the time being until the app receives an update.

Shake your device while the app is open to file a tech report. If that doesn't work because of the error message, go to the website and file a report by clicking the ? icon on the lower right corner of the page.
