EBay app error

My eBay app wouldn’t let me sign in just kept saying ‘Somethings not right’ I tried;

- Uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times - Turning my phone off and on again app now won’t install at all just says ‘waiting’

- I have a IPhone 13, update to date IOS (17 I think)

- Checked my internet connection which is fine 

- Cleared Cache 

Nothing is working ! I can log on the web just fine but I need the app!

My suggestion - make sure the app is fully deleted.

Make sure your OS is fully up to date (you mentioned iOS 17 but on an iPhone 13 you should be on iOS 18.3)

Reboot your phone.

Connect to wi-fi, not your phone's data.

Then try to download the eBay app again.
