Duplicate notifications of same best offer

I keep getting duplicate notifications after someone makes an offer on one of my items I am selling. I will get an offer and respond with a counter offer and within 5 mins the same offer repeats itself when the potential buyer has yet to even respond to my counter offer.  Can someone please look into this? Thanks.
