Downloading app.

This is crazy! I was in the process of having 3-4 offerings of items. I was returning 1 item and had several questions unanswered by the sellers. What it wrong with you?? I have an iPhone 6 Plus and am visually impaired. 

I cannot afford to buy a new cell to support your upgraded version and think most people will not buy a newer phone for $1,000.00 or so. Please fix this. Never have seen such terrible service! Thank you, Jeannie

Your iPhone 6 should work with the eBay app if you have  iOS version 12 installed. The iPhone 6 should support version 12. Have you tried updating it?

I am at a loss as to how someone who is vision impaired can even see on a mobile device, I have enough trouble on my laptop LOL

Your device is running iOS 12.5.3 you should be able to install version 6.9.6 from the App Store 

• Delete the ebay app from the device
• Open the app store app
• Tap account button
• Tap Purchased
• Scroll to the eBay app and tap the cloud and down arrow icon
