There is a known technical issue with marking items as dispatched on the UK app. The technical team is working to fix it as soon as possible. You can message the buyer and let them know it was dispatched and about the issue of it not showing on the order.
If you have a desktop or laptop you can try on there, it usually will work but there have been reports that it also did not work.
