Disabling Safari?

Every time I want to use Paypal to pay for anything in the app, it automatically defaults to Safari to open Paypal. I dislike Safari and don't use it, any ideas how to make the eBay app use Chrome or even the PP app?

Chrome is my default browser on my phone and Ive disabled Safari as far as I can tell

I believe that indicates that Safari is set as your default browser. You should be able to change that to a different browser.
