Customer service

How do I get a hold of someone I’m customer service? I would like to report more fraudulent activity 



 

 

also I would like to know why I can’t access my listings anymore to delist? Why did wbay do this it is getting very annoying that every offer is fraud and I spend a lot of time making listings just to have them taken away by eBay so I can’t use them anymore and will have to do all the work all over again, I don’t have time for all of this and then to pay all the fees on top of it and then not even be able to get a hold of someone is customer service. There are a lot of other sites out there to sell stuff on, why put up with all of this?!?!?

Customer service and fraud have both gotten very bad. In a direct answer to your question, many of us have decided not to put up with it, especially as ebay demands direct ACH access to our checking accounts or whatever.

 

The ones choosing to stay are actively promoting the idea that you shouldn't ever talk to customer service. That you 'can't protect yourself against fraud' is a common refrain. 'Don't sell certain items' is another.

 

When customer service existed even just last year, things were better. There was a lot you could do and when there was fraud, or occasional mistakes made on ebay's side, customer service could work it out. It's very time consuming now and not even worth it. Let's hope they take notice, but it seems unlikely.
