Others have been having the same problem, as you can see by scanning the posts on this board. eBay is working on the iOS version of the app to fix it.
In the mean time you should be able to use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.
If eBay browser links are automatically opening in the app, tap and hold an eBay browser link and you should see an option to disable that feature so you can open the link in your browser by default instead.
