I got the push notification say that I received a counter offer after sending out initial offers, but I don't see the counter offer in the app. I even closed the app and reopened it. I went to the eBay main screen and the selling section of the eBay app and the counter offers did not appear. The only way I could access the counter offers was by tapping on the counter offer push notification.
This only occurs with counter offers after I sent out a batch of offers to watchers.
My app is not being put to sleep. This is different from the other threads about not receiving notifications.
This started to occur for me this morning, last night.
I do not have a way to provide a screenshot or video as I only had two counter offers. Only after tapping the second push notification after not seeing the counter offer in the app did I realize the bug.
I recently reported a bug that has since been fixed related to searching items. Hopefully my reputation from finding bugs will warrent having this looked into without a video or screenshot. If it does occur again, I will try to make a video.
