When exactly did you make the purchase?
Is the purchase in your Purchase history?
If so try this, look at the sellers name on the purchase
You should see ORDER DATE ----ORDER NUMBER--- SOLD BY
Click on the sellers name it will bring you to his feedback page click Contact.
