Constantly getting false notification

Hello,

I ordered an item on March 19 this year and the item has long since been delivered.

However multiple times per day the app, to this day, continues to pling up a notification that there is an order update for that item.

What is causing the app to think there is an order update and how do I convince it otherwise?
