Confirm and pay button greyed out

Hi everyone, is there a problem with the uk app?? I last bought items a couple of weeks ago, tried to buy again today and after I log into PayPal then return to the summary page the confirm and pay button is still greyed out and I can’t make payment!!

My iPhone iOS is up to date as is my app version.... 

If I go through the Safari browser then the pay and confirm button works fine and I can complete my payment so the problem is definitely with the app!!

There has been an app update since I last bought anything, is there a bug in there? 

Is anyone else having this problem??

I have the same problem. Can only pay through safari and the app confirm and pay is greyed out. 

I’m going to remove the app from my phone and try adding it again.

It’s definitely a problem with the app!

there was an app update on the 29th January... have you had your problem  since then?

this is the first time I’ve bought anything since the update so I’m assuming that’s the cause of the problem...

Also having the same issue - I'm on pre-iOS 10 version, so your post rules out my theory that it's due to having an older version!

Looks likely that it is an update issue, in which case hopefully it will be patched very soon.

I have exactly the same problem. The confirm and pay button is greyed out. Both iPad and iPhone.

Hi eBay, my pay and confirm button is now working again 👍 thanks for sorting this out for me, it seems there are a few others having this issue so hopefully they are working too 🤞

Still have the same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone and iPad. I have to save items to watch list and then wait until I am somewhere I can access a PC. Im missing auctions and it must be costing eBay sales revenue.

Hi, I have the same trouble confirm and pay button greyed out but I have made one payment for China seller and can't do it for US seller.

I have changed my Ebay ID to Best_buyer_Max trying to fix this out.

I have cleaned all history and cookies and this have fixed the bug!
