Hi, my previous purchase on Ebay caused me a lot of embarrassment when I popped into my click and collect store to check if my parcel had arrived. Ebay had not sent me the message to say my purchase had arrived, it was a few days past its delivery date, so when the shop assistant asked for the bar code, that's when the fun started. Even with my valid ID and showing the items purchased on Ebay and the PayPal payment email, the shop assistant couldn't help me.
I wasted 1 whole hour double checking my smart phone to make sure I had not missed the email or message via Ebay... I eventually asked for the store manager, explained my predicament, showed my ID and Ebay details and 40 minutes later was given my items. I have ordered another item and I'm sure it has arrived at the same store but with no collection email from Ebay, it's going to be traumatic again trying to collect..
THIS NEEDS SORTING OUT EBAY ASAP!!!
