Would it be the commission (eBay invoice) for your Splatoon 2 Nintendo Switch Game that you sold on February 7?

($2.40=game + $.50=s&h = $2.90 total)

Of course you know there are  charges when you sell something.. Did you forget that?

That would be the final value fee for the game you sold.

You sold an item on February 7th, 2021.  If that buyer did not pay, you had 32 days after the sale to open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center.  

You are pretty close or perhaps even past that deadline, but go ahead and try to open a case NOW.

After that, how about reading the part of the Seller Information Center that explains what to do if/when a buyer does not pay.  An unpaid item case is pretty much the ONLY way you can have your fees refunded.
