Changing PayPal

Anyone know how to update PayPal info for when you collect money from a seller ? I’ve tried to call eBay (couldn’t get a person on the phone ) and PayPal ( took forever but got a person on the phone only to tell me it’s ebays responsibility to help).

Why are you collecting money from a seller?

If a seller is refunding you through eBay, the refund always goes back to the original payment source where it came from.

If you mean collecting money from a buyer for a sale, typically your PayPal email address is part of the item listing -- that is where the payment goes.
