Cant load new app

I have been using the ebay app for a long time. Now since the update I'm out of use. That app wouldn't update so I deleted it and have been trying to reinstall it but it won't down load or install. I have shut down everything I can think of. Deleted unused apps rebooted so many times it rediculus. I had no advance notice which means no opportunity to find out it was not going to work for me. Going on a week now of trying off and on and can't get the app back on my android slilo. Really getting fed up. Anyone got a solution? Thanks

If you are having problems getting the latest version of the eBay app, make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store. See here:

It is possible that the version is no longer compatible with your device. look for a stable version of the app at Techbigs that will help you.
