Can someone tell me what can I do, if anything. I turned on the Ebay notification App on my phone and I saved all the searches I want a notice sent when new items post. Why am I not getting the new listed items?

Thinking out loud...
1) Restart your phone?
2) Go to Settings/Notifications and run 'Diagnose notifications'?
3) That's all I got.
