Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.
If you are unable to view Purchases in the eBay app, you should still be able to view your Purchase History in your browser. If you have difficulty viewing in mobile mode, try requesting the desktop site version of the page and then viewing the Purchase History page or your Summary page.
I notice another recent post from a user registered in Taiwan with a similar issue -- perhaps the problem is related to your location.

Thanks for your reply, I will continue to try to solve the problem, if the problem is caused by my location, then it is time to leave e-bay ! ! ^ ^
