I posted a review of the app in the Google play store. My complaints are that the system is adding best offers to my listings without my consent everyday, there is no way to stop it currently according to phone reps, and I have to waste 30+ minutes every day turning these offers off.
Secondly in the list of sold items when you tap an item that you issued any kind of refund for the system thinks oh well since they issued some refund I guess it's not important to ship the item or track it because none of that is available anymore, only a dumb screen that says You Issued a refund to the buyer. Duh I know that. I still need to ship it and track it, sometimes we issue partial refunds for shipping, still need to ship it.
The third thing where the sold list want displaying has been resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to post these issues here too. We will send this feedback about the amount of time it takes to turn these off each day. Is there any reason you would not leave them on and decline offers that are too low? Or is your price very firm?
Could you please share a screen shot of an item in your sold list that had a refund or partial refund and a screen shot of it after you tap on it. We will look into why some options are not available. You can email us those screen shots at androidhelp@ebay.com.

I have the same issue as OPM's #2: no ability to track shipping of a sold item for which I've given a partial refund, such as excess shipping cost paid.
Did you get the information you requested from the op. If not I'll try to provide.
