Cannot load item details

when I click on “item details”  nothing happens. Using iOS ebay app everything up to date and tried restarting both the phone and app several times.

I buy and sell on eBay. I mostly use the eBay app. I am running the latest version of iOS and the eBay app is up to date. 

 

I am having trouble viewing item details when using the app. When I select the “item details” on an existing listing, the window normally expands to view all item details. This function is currently malfunctioning. I have tried the following:

1. Restarting the device

2. Logging out and back into my account

3. Delete and reinstall app.

The problem persists. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
