I get notifications of new messages, and I can see the subject line in my inbox, but I am unable to open or view the body of a message within the app.
This needs to be fixed asap!
Does anybody know of a way to fix this?

Well, that's what I've been having to do, which is very inconvenient for me. I use the mobile app primarily, and it's a headache having to open and close the message multiple times to hope it will eventually display in the app.
They need to get the app sorted out!
Thanks for your response anyway; it's a valid workaround, but still not a solution.
