Can't get in the app

I am using a Motorola G 5g with Android 14. Using my credentials, I can log onto the website. However, in the app, I get an error. It reads, "Technical difficulties, please try again later."

Is app access down? No, because I can get access through my other phone? What gives?

Not having any problems using the eBay app version 6.181.1.2 on an older 2021 Motorola G Power running Android 11.

Are you using the latest version of the eBay app? Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and then installing again?

I have tried all of these to no avail.

It would seem your options are to try to downgrade to the last known good version of the eBay app, use a mobile browser instead of the app, or wait for the next update to see if it fixes the issue.

In the mean time, report the issue to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is open.

I installed the 1 September apk. It works perfectly.

Having same issue, like its not online. Only since last 2 updates. Cannot roll back either.
