Hi @shasw1892 . iPhone 7 uses iOS 15 which is not compatible with the eBay app. Your best option, if you cannot upgrade your phone, is to delete the app and use your web browser instead.
iOS 15 is out of date and I think the security update released March 31 was the last. Eventually you'll have problems even with the web browser, but for now it'll work.
