Can’t change to new address in my profile

I have tried changing my address but it doesn’t give me the option to change primary addresses. I added the new one but it didn’t ask if I want to use for my new primary. I had one package delivered today to my old address. And I have another package coming 8 March and I need it delivered to this address not the old address can you help me?

To change your primary address, use a desktop browser to go here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

Add a new address, make the new address primary, then delete the old address if necessary.

Note that sellers are required to ship to the address provided with payment at checkout; you cannot change your address after that point.
