I ordered an item on the 24th of March. The seller marked it as dispatched the next day and provided a tracking number and said it would be delivered in the 28th. Suddenly ebay then removed the listing stating it broke there standards.
The tracking number showed the seller didnt dispatch said item at all for a further 11 days. Weve messaged repeatedly until today when suddenly after ive requested a refund three times and he offered on also suddenly said item has now been dispatched 11 days after he said it had been.
As the seller posted the item after I repeatedly asked for a refund and he offered if i now refuse the item which is no longer of any use because of the time delay and there lies would i still be entitled to a refund?
