The eBay mobile app will not allow me to use the “sold” filter. While I am sourcing items as a seller and attempting to see how many of a particular item has sold, The EBAY app is giving me an error message saying “I have exceeded my daily limits, Try back tomorrow”!!
I have messaged eBay through the chat and I just spoke to a customer service agent who has to relay everything to an IT department. I am at a standstill, because I cannot be mobile and source items which is the whole point of my operation as a seller.
They are looking into it????
I’ve only seen random people post that they’ve had this issue while everyone else or the majority, since they have unlimited access.

Try using a browser to search sold items.
Or try using a different eBay account with the eBay app. Make sure you have the latest version of the app, as older versions are prone to odd errors.
