Buyers, they count. Is there a way to count how many items a buyer has bought over time?

Meaning, how can a seller know how many items a buyer has bought over time? 
Sellers should have a way to easily (dashboard) know who their best buyers are.

Look at their feedback.

How does that help? Wouldn’t one have to look through all of the feedback and keep track of each unique buyer while doing so? 
Or is there a better way?
