When I bought an item it reset all of my shipping and payment info so I had to retype it in and did that multiple times during same transaction then it messes up my shipping address so my package got returned to sender and is stuck in California receiving depot. I tried to process a return but I can’t send the item back without having it and if I had the item I wouldn’t need to return/cancel the order. Help me get my refund please
