I keep getting stuck on the “promote item now” screen after every item I list. The buttons react when I press them but the screen never changes. Any ideas please?

Try deleting the app and then downloading it again. It may just need updating. Also depends on if you are permitting the app to run in the background.

Are you able to list using a browser instead of the app?
