Barcode scan sound

The app currently makes a beeping sound when a barcode is scanned during search for selling and/or site search. It would be nice if individual sounds could be toggled on/off without having to change sound settings of the whole phone.

On my phone I am able to turn down the sound of the bar code scan by using the "Media" volume without affecting alarms or ring tones.

I agree wholeheartedly! I would love for that option to be added. Even if I turn the volume down on my Samsung S10, the beep does not turn off. It is quite annoying!

Totally agree. I don't like the awkward looks I get when scanning at garage sales and in thrift stores.

Go to system settings> media volume turn it off. No more chime.
