Bad service

Dont buy anything here. They dont have any responsibility with your order. I did not recive my package. They said wait for it but waiting for it for a long time i got nothing. then they closed my order. stop buy anything on ebay.

You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date that Ebay gave you to file an Item Not Received case for a refund.

If it's to late, if you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case or contact your credit card.

With all due respect, the eBay Money Back Guarantee is iron-clad for buyers when used properly. As noted by Ken, you do have other avenues to explore, though.

So you apparently didn't bother to read the Money Back Guarantee and you are now saying eBay doesn't have any responsibility for your order?

 they sent me messages for no reason. Now I don't know where my package . I reported it to usps and they opened an investigation. the seller did not have any way to help me. I lost 32$ not much but the service is too bad.

eBay says your item was delivered.  Are you in an area where theft of delivered items is a problem?  If you've opened an investigation with USPS, you may have to wait until USPS completes its investigation.  Have you checked the tracking information on the USPS website to see if there's more information on its delivery?

You opened a not received case and the case was closed, or resolved because the seller provided a tracking number that showed it was delivered to your city and state. eBay sides with the tracking.

 

If your package was stolen from your mailbox it's not covered.

 

If it was delivered to the wrong house by mistake that's between you and the PO.

 

If it was delivered to a different address because the address on the label was not your address then you must have a letter from USPS stating the address on the label associated with tracking # xxx is not to your name and address.

 

There's no need to appeal if you don't have a letter from USPS stating it was not your address. ASAP go to the PO and find out where it was delivered. If it wasn't  to your address get a letter.

they sent me a refund message. Hope they will always give good service. I will be back to support next time.
