Australia - unable to use app

Hi Team,

I am in australia. I tried using ebay app yesterday but it was not opening so i deleted and to re install. But I just can't download it again. Please help. I have some orders coming up for delivery this week.

I also cannot open the app since the latest update, I am trying to use the website but it just tries to open the app (which crashes or just shows a black screen).
