App updates

I am sick and tired of having companies pushing their apps at me which clutters up my tech stuff.  Often I cant use their app without updating which eats up my time.  Finally the latest app update from eBay is not fit for purpose and causing lots of problems.  Why do they constantly need to update their apps?  Am I alone in my frustrations??

It is possible to use a browser to reach ebay.com or ebay.co.uk, and avoid using the eBay app entirely.

Apps often need to be updated to work with newer operating system versions and to address security issues with previous versions. Security standards evolve over time, and older versions may not offer current levels of required security for financial transactions.

I used to be able to have feedback automatically fill in but now I have to rewrite it each time?  Guess I’m done leaving feedback for my customers

Apps are for users who have the appropriate App mentality.

Not everyone does. Some of us are only tolerant enough to use a few functions, others want the app to do everything.

Some of us keep our smartphones until they die, others upgrade as soon as they are paid for.

Many sites recognize the majority of App users' predilections, and keep upgrading their apps. increasing the functions, and the prerequisite requirements for hardware and software.
