Since last update, I have to load the app twice for it to open, first time it’s just a blank eBay screen, close it down and re open then it’s fine, I’m using iPhone 16 pro max with latest firmware

Delete app, reboot phone, then do a clean install of the app. That fixes most issues like this.
If that doesn't fix it, file a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
