App update

Another user who has been locked out by the latest update on iPhone.  I have an older iPhone that will not support the latest update & now cannot access eBay at all.  What a ridiculous situation.  Currently have several items on sale.  How do I check to see if they are sold.   Come on eBay get your act together & sort it out before you loose more people to other selling platforms.   Thanks

How to update your eBay app

Requires Android 10 or better

Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you'll have to access eBay from a web browser on your device and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
