App update unable to load due to having older version phone

How to update your eBay app

Requires Android 10 or better

Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you'll have to access eBay from a web browser on your device and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

Also unable to open app and access account which I have been using for years. No notification of an update and now unable to use as have an pre 17 phone. Very poor and now thinking of closing account!
