App shuts down when I try to Look at recently viewed items.

Hello! Just letting ya know the App shutdowns when you try to Go to Recently viewed. Reset phone didn’t fix uninstalled app reinstalled didn’t help. Apple App.

I seem to be able to go to my Recently Viewed screen using the latest version of the eBay app (6.192.0.3) on and Android 11 phone.

What version of the app and what operating system version are you using?

YES!!!! Same problem.  Recently viewed items cannot be viewed because the app shuts down.  Deleting the app, restarting the phone…does not good.  
Using the latest eBay update on a iPhone 14, iOS 18.3 (the latest from Apple). 
Called eBay for help and they said nobody has complained about this, they supposedly opened and tech that ticket.

You can report app issues by shaking the phone while the app is active.

Happened to me as well — 1st appeared today 2-2-2025 after updating app.  Still an uncorrected issue.

I just upgraded to iOS 18.3 and I'm using the latest eBay app version 6.193.0.3 and cannot replicate the issue.

I was able to access recently viewed from the link on the Home tab, and also the link on the My eBay tab.

Can you check to see if you're using both the same OS and app version @jensla_72 @den-8374 ?

As eburtonlab said, you can shake your phone while the app is open to file a tech report.

My recently viewed was recently cleared so I had less than half a dozen items on there. If you have a large number of items in your history, you can clear recently viewed from the website and see if that makes a difference on the app, starting fresh. https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/rvi

I’m up to date on App and OS. Still having same issue this more. As soon as I hit Recently Viewed View All it acts like it’s going to load then switches to Home Screen and I have to reopen app.
