My sales are way down from last month and from last year and here is part of the reason why. I was looking at my listings on my phone last night and noticed that every listing says +shipping. Nearly 100% of my listings are free shipping. I type that in the description, but it doesn't appear anywhere in the listing, not even on the shipping page. I was looking because I was buying something on my phone a few days ago and couldn't find any information on the shipping cost of the item. It said +shipping, but not how much. I went upstairs to my desktop computer and it said free shipping.
Buyers are looking at my prices, thinking they are high, and moving on, all without knowing the shipping cost is included. Some people only have a device. Ebay tells us to make our listing mobile friendly, but they can't get it right. What is going on?
I type listing, but should have typed listings, as they all show up like that.
@mobile_feedback That listing ended earlier today, so that is why you couldn't find it. Yes, all of my listings say +shipping.
@mobile_feedback What is being done? My sales are down from last month and down even lower compared to last year. If so many people are using the app to buy, it should shine. This is affecting a lot of sellers.
@mobile_feedback How is that possible? I am still seeing + Shipping until I actually click on the item. I know I have passed by items without even clicking on them if the price + shipping is too high. But what they actually are is price + free shipping. I have been removing the free shipping gradually. You want us sellers to offer free shipment, but I am being punished for it by having my listing show the wrong thing. My sales are down nearly 50% over last year at this time. NOT GOOD!
Ok...if that's what others see. Still not what I see, but all that matters is what the buyer sees.
