App problems

having problems with offers from sellers sent to me, as soon as I click to look at the offer I get 'oops something went wrong' message at the top of the screen, I can purchase items at full price, but cannot look at offers that have been sent for items on my watch list, and surprise surprise, no way to contact anyone about it... way to go ebay 👍 🤬

Can you use the offers if you open the message in a browser rather than the app?
