App now useless

Thank you for info from Elizabeth eBay team regarding this problem however we have all tried deleting the app re downloading but that does not work because a simple fact we can’t update to iso required to use it, please find your users a real resolve to this problem speak to the person who has made the app now useless to many of your users overnight or more importantly the person allowed this to happen , please get the right person to resolve this issue it’s that simple please

The website may be less convenient for you than the app, but that's the option available to those using older devices with older operating systems (iOS 15 or earlier, Android 9 or earlier). eBay posted their official announcement; I don't see them going backwards on this.
