App now Incompatible with IPhone 7+

As of 6pm this evening, eBay’s app is no compatible with iPhone 7+. It appears to require an iOS 16 or higher, yet 7+ only goes up to 15.8.3 and can’t support a higher version.

I think a lot of people in the eBay community value the adage “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” eBay would be smart to maintain an accessible version or they will lose

buyers and sellers. Terribly unfortunate, but perhaps this will help curb eBay addiction . RIP.

You’re on iOS 15 @alrehal @so you should delete app and use web browser since app isn’t compatible.

Hi all, I have found a way that you can get access to the app (well it works for me)

in my emai app (aol) I click on a link from a saved search then it goes to eBay app and states that I need to cancel/upgrade. I then go back to email app and click the link again and the notification to upgrade has gone and I can use the app as normal, until the app reloads.
