App not working on iPad

My iPad has the latest update but eBay app won't open anymore very frustrating tried uninstalling and re install that does not work keeps saying this version has expired please update?

Along with others on here I won’t be getting rid of my not so old but perfectly good iPad just because it won’t keep up with the latest requirements of the geeks that eBay employ.

We can’t keep on binning this stuff!

Very poor customer relations too but will eBay care, erm no.
